Cafe 60
This is the Abbey Community Centre's low cost cafe for people 50 years +. It's open Wednesday and Fridays from 12noon to 1pm. Last food orders are taken at 12.45pm. The menu changes daily and we serve sandwiches, warm baguettes and jacket potatoes with various fillings, cake, fruit, and tea and coffee.
There is no need to book and you can order as little or as much as you like.
A typical day's menu:
- Tomato soup with roll - 50p
- Jacket potato with either: cottage cheese, beans, cheese, tuna mayonnaise - £1.20
- Baguettes/Sandwiches with either: cheese salad, prawn mayonnaise, salmon and cream cheese - £1.20
- Lemon Madeira cake or fruit salad 20p
- Tea/Coffee - 10p

Every Thursday 10.30am - 12.30pm
Informal drop-in for over 60s to meet and chat. Internet access available
Keep Fit
This active fitness class is held every Monday 2 - 3.30pm. Term time only.
It is free to Camden residents and is suitable for all fitness levels.
If you would like to join the class, just come along. You will need to fill in an enrolment form and pre exercise questionnaire.
Seated Exercise
This exercise class meets every Tuesday from 1.30 - 2.30pm. Participants are mainly seated and perform gentle movements designed to improve posture, balance and strengthen vulnerable areas.
Free to Camden residents. If you would like to join just come along to a class.
Bingo
This group meet every Friday from 1- 3 p.m. to play. The cost is 20p.

Kilburn Neighbours' purpose is to improve the quality of life of vulnerable older people in Kilburn. We achieve this through assisting our scheme users to live more independently in their own homes as well as organising opportunites for them to socialise outside of their homes. Interested?
